DIRECTION SELF FITTING OF GUM GUARD

1. Place the guard in hot water (no boiling) for about 10 second please note. : do not keep the guard in water longer than the necessary as the shape will distort.
2. Immediately insert into mouth
3. Place the guard in your mouth over the upper teeth
4. Close the teeth gently to insure on even bits. Do not bite through the plastic at the same time. Gently such guard on to the roof of mouth by pressing the tougue on it.
5. Keep the guard in the position for about one minute then remove the guard and immerse in cold water.
